12 Days of Fitmas Challenge

Over the next 12 days leading up to Christmas we will be doing a small workout challenge each day. 


This is an added bonus way to burn a few extra calories so that you can enjoy your time with family and friends, but also to keep your fitness on track as this is the busiest time of the year where most people fall off and give up until the new year. 


We don’t want that to be you this year. So each day you will be able to do the challenge with whatever plan/program you are currently going through and made for any fitness level as well.

This challenge is to be started on December 13th, that way that you finish the day before Christmas and can enjoy the day. 

It will start with one exercise for day 1 and each day after you will be adding one more exercise each time. 

By the end of the challenge on the last day you will have 12 exercises to go through. 

**Always consult your doctor prior to beginning any new routine and modify exercises as needed.**

  • 2 pull ups

3rd Day of Christmas 

  • 3 20 sec mountain climbers
  • 2 pull ups
  • 1 30 sec plank

 

4th Day of Christmas 

  • 4 weighted glute bridges
  • 3 20 sec mountain climbers
  • 2 pull ups
  • 1 30 sec plank

 

5th Day of Christmas 

  • 5 burpees
  • 4 weighted glute bridges
  • 3 20 sec mountain climbers
  • 2 pull ups
  • 1 30 sec plank

 

6th Day of Christmas 

  • 6 tricep dips
  • 5 burpees
  • 4 weighted glute bridges
  • 3 20 sec mountain climbers
  • 2 pull ups
  • 1 30 sec plank

 

7th Day of Christmas

  • 7 goblet squats 
  • 6  tricep dips
  • 5 burpees
  • 4 weighted glute bridges
  • 3 20 sec mountain climbers
  • 2 pull ups

8th Day of Christmas 

  • 8 bicep curls
  • 7 goblet squats
  • 6 tricep dips
  • 5 burpees

9th Day of Christmas 

  • 9 lat pull downs
  • 8 bicep curls
  • 7 goblet squats

10th Day of Christmas 

  • 10 reverse lunges (each side)

  • 10 bench/box step ups (each side)
  • 9 lat pull downs
  • 8 bicep curls
  • 7 goblet squats

  • 5 burpees
  • 4 weighted glute bridges
  • 3 20 sec mountain climbers
  • 2 pull ups

12th Day of Christmas 

  • 12 seated rows 
  • 11 chest presses
  • 10 reverse lunges (each side)
  • 9 lat pull downs
  • 8 bicep curls

  • 4 weighted glute bridges
