Get even more hands on training with having me train you in person to help you reach your goals and keep you accountable each step of the way.

In-Person Training is a great way to have even extra accountability and support towards your goals.

I have had the privilege to train many different people for various goals in the gyms that I have worked at over the years.

From complete newbies to those who had certain health conditions and concerns. (Including those who have had shoulder, knee and back injuries. Those with health concerns including diabetes, PCOS, Lyme's disease, nerve damage, and partial blindness.)

Each person is unique and that's why I love creating plans that fit each person.

Many of my clients who train with me in person prefer a hands on experience. Meaning that I can help correct form hands on and help to keep you even more accountable by showing up for our scheduled sessions.

The length and quantity of sessions is based on how frequent you plan on working out in the gym, your goals, and how well you can commit to those goals whether you are working with me in the gym or on your own.

If you are someone who needs all of the accountability because you haven't been able to show up and workout in the gym or at home on your own, then I recommend getting a personal trainer.

 

How it works:

  • Personally get to work with me in person 1-on-1 towards your goals here in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • Traveling to me -  I can train you at New U Fitness on Chaffee Road which includes 1-on-1 sessions for 30 or 60 minutes OR the options of my two classes, Strong Bootycamp and Abs-Solution to train in a group setting.
  • Traveling to you - I can travel and come train you where you need! Right now only traveling within Jacksonville, Florida for 1-on-1 sessions. I will travel outside of Jacksonville for special group events. Special rates apply.

What they include:
  • 30 or 60 minute training sessions
  • Focusing on your goals, areas of strength and weakness to help give overall balance and help prevent injury.
  • Ensuring correct form with pointers and instruction on how to do exercises within the session.
  • Keeping you accountable to show up each session to continue towards your goals.
  • Great for all types of goals: weight loss, muscle building, endurance, strength, conditioning, etc. 

 

Group Classes:
Get a group atmosphere to help keep you motivated and accountable with more than just me as your trainer. Sweat and connect with others in Jacksonville with similar goals to yours.



How they are different:

  • In-Person Training can help to give an extra level of accountability and overall help towards your goals. I focus on meeting you where you currently are and challenge you to your limits to keep making the progress towards your goals.
  • You get even more hands on experience to ensure proper form and that you squeeze every single rep out of your workouts.
  • You get a trainer, coach, and friend who understands your goals.
