FAQ's
I'm new to competing. Where do I start?
Start with a 15-minute consultation. We'll talk through your timeline, division interest, lifestyle, and readiness — and figure out the right coaching path for you. Most first-time competitors start with Standard or Elite coaching.
How far out from my show should I start prep?
Minimum 16 weeks for a first show, though 20–24 weeks is ideal. The more time we have, the more we can build — and the healthier and more sustainable your prep will be. If you're more than 12 months out from competing, Strong Club is a great place to start building your foundation now.
What divisions do you coach?
We coach Bikini, Wellness, Figure, and Fit Model, and Men's Physique across NPC, IFBB, and OCB federations. Not sure which division is right for you? We'll help you figure that out on your consultation call.
What's the difference between Standard and Elite?
The biggest difference is posing. Elite coaching includes 1 monthly 1:1 posing session plus ongoing video feedback between sessions — so posing is built into your prep from the start, not something you scramble for the week before your show. Elite also includes a team posing suit and priority communication.
Can I switch tiers after I start?
Yes. If you start with Standard and want to add posing sessions or upgrade to Elite or VIP at any point, we can discuss that during your monthly coach call.
Do you work with men?
We currently coach men in Classic Physique and Men's Physique divisions. Reach out via the consultation to confirm current availability.
What if I'm not ready to compete yet?
Strong Club is built for exactly this. It's a low-cost, structured membership where you follow a coach-built training plan, learn the nutrition fundamentals, and get a feel for the process — without the full commitment of competition prep. Many of our best prep clients started in Strong Club first.
