Do you have a physical store?
No, we are currently an online store but do offer some in person posing sessions and suit consultations if local.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on type of product. Ready to ship items will ship within 1-2 days. Made to order items will take longer. Processing times are listed below.

What sizes do your suits come in?
Posing suits and trunks come in Extra Small to Extra Large. Competition Suits are custom to your measurements.
Coaching

Do you offer in-person coaching?
We primarily coach online, but do offer posing sessions and makeup lessons in person if local to our coaches and makeup artist to help you feel confident on stage.

How long does prep take?
Schedule a CallThe time it takes to compete will vary depending on your starting point, current routine, and your adherence to your plan. We recommend scheduling a call with a coach to determine a better timeline for you.

Is the nutrition macro based or meal plan based?
Each client is unique. While we provide everyone with their macro targets for their goals, we also provide a meal plan too if preferred!

What if I am new to working out?
Your plan will include videos of how to do exercises with correct form, but our coaches can also help assist with your form too by sending them a video!
Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Coaching
Month-to-Month Plans: You may cancel your coaching plan at any time, but you must provide at least 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Pausing Your Coaching Plan
You may pause your coaching for up to 90 days with prior notice. If you need to pause for medical or personal reasons, contact us at topknotstrong@gmail.com to discuss options.

Refunds for Coaching
No refunds are provided for coaching services, as they include personalized plans, guidance, and digital materials. If you are unhappy with your progress, we encourage you to communicate with your coach so adjustments can be made.

How to cancel
To cancel your coaching plan, please send an email to topknotstrong@gmail.com with the subject line "Coaching Cancellation Request" at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.
Competition Suits

How do I know what color would be best for me?
Order Free SamplesWe encourage everyone to order free fabric samples to be able to see the fabrics in person and to be able to narrow them down to your favorites. When you are ready you can also schedule a suit consultation to walk you through suit options.

Do we make Custom Competition Suits?
View Design CollectionYes! We design custom competition suits from cutting out the fabric, sewing it together, and adding the finishing touches. You can choose your color, embellishments, and cut. Prices vary on complexity of design.

How do I know my suit size?
We provide a sizing guide for posing suits and trunks. Competition suits we make custom to your measurements which you provide when ordering.

How does the suit fitting work?
We offer an optional suit fitting option. This means that we would ship your competition suit to you around 3 weeks after ordering to try on your suit before adding the crystal design to ensure fit and if we need to make any alterations. Once you try on your suit and ensure the fit, then you ship back using the return label provided for us to complete your suit.

Can I return a custom suit?
Because all suits are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we offer minor alterations if needed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will vary based on product as they all have different weights and packaging. Orders over $100 in the U.S. ships free!

- Made to Order Competition Suits: 6-8 weeks

International Shipping
Processing times remain the same, but shipping times can be up to 2-4 weeks depending on location.
Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged. We'll work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

What is your refund policy?
- Digital items and services are non-refundable.
- Made to order products are not eligible for a refund as they are custom made to measurements.
- All other items are subject to refund within 30 days of purchase date.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your returned item.

Payment Options
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay on our website.
- Custom Competition Suits have a 50% down payment option (non-refundable) to start working on your order. The rest due before shipping to you.
