Which Division Is Right for You?
Choosing between the NPC Bikini and Fit Model divisions comes down to your physique, personality, and goals as a competitor.
- If you prefer a softer look, new to competing, and don't quite have the muscle conditioning needed for the Bikini division - the Fit Model division is a great place to start.
- If you have more muscle and conditioning for what the judges are looking you might be a better fit for the Bikini division.
You will not be able to compete in both divisions for the same show. However, you might be able to do two shows and do Fit Model for the first show and then the Bikini division at your second show as you would most likely be leaner for the second one.
Both divisions offer unique opportunities to step on stage and shine. Whichever you choose, preparation is key. Work with experienced coaches to refine your physique, posing, and overall presentation to match the division's criteria.
