At Top Knot Strong, every custom competition suit is designed to highlight your hard work and confidence on stage. That’s why we include a personalized suit fitting as part of our process — ensuring your base suit fits perfectly before crystals and finishing touches are added.

This step is what sets us apart. Most companies only deliver a completed suit. We go further to guarantee that your suit not only looks stunning, but also fits your body with comfort, security, and stage confidence.

What Is a Suit Fitting?

A Suit Fitting is a scheduled check-in during your custom suit creation process. About 3–4 weeks after purchase, you’ll receive your suit in its base form (before crystals are applied) so we can check fit, coverage, and strap placement.

How the Process Works

1. Order Your Custom Suit

Choose your cut, fabric, and design from our collection or create one with us during a suit consultation.

2. Receive Your Base Suit

About 3–4 weeks after purchase, before crystals are applied.

3. Schedule Your Fitting

Try it on at home, then connect with us virtually (or in-person if local).

4. Provide Feedback & Ship Back

Provide photos, fit notes, and measurements. Return using the provided label.

5. Adjustments Made

We perfect the base fit before adding crystals and finishing details.

6. Final Suit Delivered

Your completed suit arrives show-ready, sparkling, and customized to you.

What to Expect in a Fitting

During your fitting, we’ll check:

  • Glute coverage for your division
  • Bust fit and underbust support
  • Connector alignment & balance

Preparing for Your Fitting

  • Wear the suit and take clear front, side, and back photos in good lighting.
  • Provide updated measurements (high hip, underbust, waist if applicable).
  • Share your upcoming show date so we can confirm timelines.
  • Be ready to let us know if anything feels too loose, too tight, or needs coverage adjustment.
