The First Time Competitor Blueprint is a 12-week group coaching experience from Top Knot Strong, designed for women who are seriously considering competing in bodybuilding or physique sports and want to build the foundation before committing to full prep.
This is not a transformation challenge. There are no before-and-after photos, no extreme cuts, no pressure to be stage-ready in 90 days.
This is about building the structure, discipline, and competitor mindset that will carry you into prep, confidently and prepared.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll move through three intentional phases that mirror the rhythm of real competition prep:
The Three Phases:
Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–4)
Build your base. Establish your training habits, dial in your nutrition with custom macro calculations, and start developing the discipline that competitor training demands. This phase is about structure, learning to train with intention, not just effort.
Phase 2 — Build (Weeks 5–8)
Progress your training. Intensity increases, your check-ins sharpen, and you begin to understand how your body responds to structured competitor-style programming. This is where the mindset shift happens.
Phase 3 — Peak (Weeks 9–12)
Experience the final stretch. Simulate what cutting and peak weeks actually feel like, physically and mentally. By the end of this phase, you’ll know whether you’re ready to compete. And you’ll have the foundation to do it.
