How Getting Started Works

Do I need to have a fitness background to start?

Not at all. Jenni works with women at every level — from women who haven't trained consistently in years to women who train regularly but feel stuck. Your program is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be.

How is this different from just following a workout program I buy online?

A program you buy online is built for everyone, which means it's really built for no one specifically. Lifestyle Coaching with Jenni means your training and nutrition are built for your body, your schedule, and your goals — and adjusted every week based on how you're actually responding. When something isn't working, Jenni changes it. A downloaded program can't do that.

What does a weekly check-in look like?

Once a week you'll submit a check-in through the app — typically your progress metrics, how your training felt, any challenges you ran into, and how your nutrition is going. Jenni reviews it and responds with specific feedback and any adjustments to your plan. It takes about 5–10 minutes on your end and keeps your coach fully in the loop every week.

I'm not interested in competing. Is this still for me?
