Every competitor knows the feeling — stepping into a division where you're being judged on your body, your presentation, your posing, in front of everyone. It's one of the most vulnerable things you can do. And most of the time, you're piecing it together on your own: one coach for your prep, another for posing, a totally different brand for your suit — hoping it all comes together in time for stage.

We built Top Knot Strong so you never have to piece it together again. Coaching, posing, and your competition suit are all under one roof, one team, one standard.

Path to Sponsorship is how we find the athletes who are ready to represent that standard with us.

What Path to Sponsorship Is

This isn't a discount program. It's an earned partnership.

Each round, we select a limited number of competitors across our divisions to enter a 6-month qualifying stage. During that time, you're coached by us, posed by us, and repping us — and we're watching how you show up. At the end of the 6 months, the athletes who've proven themselves the strongest fit move forward as fully Sponsored Athletes.

Not everyone who completes the 6 months advances. Completion makes you eligible. How you work with us is what makes you sponsored.

How It Works

1. Apply
Tell us about your competition background, why you want to represent Top Knot Strong, and what makes you a great fit. Applications close on 9/15/2026.

2. Get Selected
We review every application by division and choose the athletes who are the best fit — for your goals and for ours. Selections are not first-come, first-served.

3. Enroll (Within 30 Days of Acceptance)
If you're selected, you'll have 30 days to:

  • Sign up as a Top Knot Strong Ambassador (if you aren't already)
  • Enroll in Elite Coaching at your discounted rate — posing lessons included
  • Purchase your posing suit

4. Show Up for 6 Months
You'll train and pose with us at your discounted Elite rate, tag and post about your journey monthly (minimum 1 tag + 1 post), and check in with us at month 3 to make sure everything's on track.

5. Graduate
At month 6, we select the strongest-fit athletes from your cohort to move forward as Sponsored Athletes — with your posing suit and competition suit milestones starting fresh from your graduation date.

What's Included

During Your 6-Month Qualifying Stage:

  • Elite Coaching at your discounted rate (posing lessons included)
  • Direct access to your coach and posing guidance
  • A spot in a small, selective cohort of competitors across every division
  • The chance to build your platform alongside a brand that's rooting for you

Once You're a Sponsored Athlete:

  • Free posing suit at 3 months of Sponsored status
  • Free competition suit at 6 months of Sponsored status
  • Ongoing representation as the face of Top Knot Strong at competitions and events

The Commitment

We take this seriously, and we ask you to as well.

For the full 6 months (and beyond, if you're selected as a Sponsored Athlete), you'll be exclusive to Top Knot Strong — no other posing suit brands, apparel brands, or competition coaches. This isn't about restriction. It's what makes this partnership mean something, for you and for us.

Why we do it this way

We only have so many spots, and we want every one of them to go to someone who's genuinely ready to grow with us — not just get a discount. That's why this is applications-only, reviewed by division, with real requirements along the way. It keeps our roster strong, our brand consistent, and it means when you make it, you actually earned it.

FAQ

Is this a discount program?

No. Discounted coaching is part of the qualifying stage, but this is a merit-based selection process, not a giveaway. Advancement to Sponsored Athlete is earned, not automatic.

What if I'm not selected as a Sponsored Athlete at month 6?

You'll still have completed 6 months of coaching and posing with us at your discounted rate. We'll talk with you directly about what comes next.

What if I miss the 30-day enrollment window after being accepted?

Your spot may be offered to a waitlisted applicant in your division. We'll always try to reach you before that happens.

Can I apply if I'm already an Ambassador?

Yes, you'll just skip that step in your 30-day enrollment requirements.

What if my division fills up?

You'll be added to our waitlist for that division and offered the next available spot, or a place in our next cohort.

Do I get a free suit right away?

No, you purchase your posing suit at enrollment. Free posing and competition suits are Sponsored Athlete milestones, earned after graduation.
