Processing & Shipping Times Overview
Our standard processing time for custom competition suits orders is currently 6 weeks and 7-10 business days for our posing suits, and our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. However, please note that these times may be affected during Sarah's maternity leave.
For in-stock suits, our processing and shipping times are much shorter. In-stock suits are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
Impacted Dates due to Maternity Leave
Sarah's maternity leave will start on October 1st and end on December 1st. During this time, our processing and shipping times may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
All custom suit orders placed before September 1st, 2023 will be processed as normal. Any orders placed after this date will start processing with these updates.
Extended Processing Time
Please note that our processing times for custom competition suits may be extended by up to 8-10 weeks during Sarah's maternity leave. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
No Changes or Cancellations
Due to the extended processing time, we will be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations to custom suit orders once the order has been placed. Please double-check all measurements and details before placing your order.
Estimated Shipping Dates
Once your suit is ready, we will send you an email with the estimated shipping date and tracking information. Please note that the shipping time may be affected by Sarah's maternity leave.
Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock suits are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days, even during Sarah's maternity leave.
We keep a selection of in-stock suits in various sizes and colors. However, please note that availability may be limited during peak competition seasons.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an in-stock suit that does not fit or is not to your liking, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Ordering Multiple Suits
If you need multiple in-stock suits for a team or group, please contact us for bulk pricing and availability.
How We Are Minimizing Delays
We have streamlined our custom suit production processes to minimize delays during Sarah's maternity leave. However, please note that some delays may still be possible.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the process, including any delays that may occur due to Sarah's maternity leave.
1. What if I need my suit by a specific date?
Please contact us before placing your order if you need your suit by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Can I cancel my custom suit order if it is delayed?
We will be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations to custom suit orders once the order has been placed, even if it is delayed by Sarah's maternity leave.
3. What if I don't receive my suit when expected from processing times?
If you receive your suit after the expected date and the delay is due to Sarah's maternity leave, we will offer a 10% discount on your next order.
4. Will anything else be effected during this time?
All other products and services we offer will be unaffected during this time and be processed and shipped as normal. Suits are affected due to Sarah being our suit seamstress here at Top Knot Strong.
