The ingredients are simple and chances are that you already have most of them in your house, except maybe the sugar-free pudding of course.

To start, you will need your scale to properly measure out everything. Starting with the biggest component is the fat-free plain Greek yogurt.

After measuring out the greek yogurt, you will need to add the sugar-free pudding mix. Picking sugar-free will allow you to add the sugar on your own and how sweet you would like it compared to it already being added with more sugar than needed. Overall, helps you to stay more on track and makes it more macro friendly.

Next, you will add the zero calorie sweetener of your choice, like stevia, to sweeten the mixture to your liking, Mix until it is a thick consistency like frosting.

Basically, that is all there is to it! Super simple right?

Now you can add anything else you would like to it as long as it fits your macros. One way we have been loving this 'frosting' is to add some chocolate chips and fresh fruit, like strawberries. Of course, you can add even crushed up gram crackers too or omit everything completely.
