The first way to stick to your plan while on prep is talking to someone who can understand what you are going through.

This person can be a family member, a friend or someone else going through prep. If you don’t know anyone going through prep, there are many groups on social media that can help.

They understand and can relate to what you may be going through. Talking things out with a supportive person or your coach can help clear your head and help you see the big picture.

If you are a private person and don’t want to share what you are going through then being prepared for the week can help you as well.

The second way to stick to your plan while on prep is to prepare for the week ahead so it doesn’t add to your stress level.

On your day off from work or when you are free from your kids; measure and cook your food so its easy to grab.

Life is full of ups and downs; being prepared for them can help because you don’t have to think about cooking and measuring your food; it’s already done.

Once the food prep is done schedule your workouts and go to them.

You will be surprised at how going to the gym an lifting heavy weight can make you feel better.

The key is make your prep a routine because most of the time once you are routine you just follow it.

Sometimes life can be so stressful that talking to someone and being prepared for the week doesn’t help; well you are in luck there are more ways to stick to your prep.

The third way to stick to your plan while on prep is find time for yourself to do something you love and enjoy.

Life can expect allot out of you and finding ways to cope by yourself can help.

Some example include: yoga,  shopping for a new outfit , reading a fantasy novel , writing in a journal, playing video games, getting your hair or your nail done, or just go for walk and listen to music.

Stepping away from everything can really help with helping you recharge and feel better without going off your plan.

Having a bad week can be horrible and mental draining, but there are ways to deal with it with out going of your plan.

1. Talk it out with someone who can be there for you.

2. Plan and prepare for the week

Find something that you can escape to so you can recharge your batteries and regroup.

These techniques will help and make you feel ten times better.
